Clutch Chatter?

Okay when car is on idle it makes this noise. Then when I ask him to press the clutch in the noise goes away.. I believe this is normal.. Whats you thoughts?

Now after clutch and flywheel install the car still does not have the pep it use to have. The engine feels solid but it seems like tranny is not grabbing. The just changed the oil and inspected it for metal shavings. No Shaving where found. The car make a loud noise when you accelerate hard. Could this be the differential? Can a traction control sensor cause noise? When I start the car and drive the traction control light turns on. Can the traction control sensor cause tranny to slip?

that sounds nasty , i just did a cusco lsd and clutchmaster fx400 3 days ago . my car has clutch chatter that sounds diffrent all the time when i stop at a light. but it does not sound that loud . sounds like something was done wrong in the install.

Well in the video he pressing the gas and letting it go. This way you can here the noise better. The sound at idle is at :15 - :18 sec mark..

you know , i never had a listen to my clutch chatter with the hood open.
but when i did , it sounds about the same. i have more of a clunk sound sometimes when i take off hard or in a corner under load off the line. but i think its my new LSD that is making that noise.
i think it just takes time to break in.

Bro... JAN is a genius!! I talked to him 5 min on the phone told him my problems and he gave me my answer.. I almost did not believe him when he told me the solution.. It was the catalytic converter. He told me its was plugged up and I need to replace. I took it out and as he said cat was melted.. completely fried. I installed a test pipe and WOW its alive..

Wow, I don't think I've heard a Mini sounding like that before. Not looking forward to that day.

A plugged CAT on an '05 is pre-mature, isn't it?. How many miles does it have?

No DTC codes were triggered for CAT inefficiency?

Cat only had 5k on it. I melted the cat because of having headers.. I need to get car tune to it will lower exhaust temps a little.

Cat inefficiency codes has come on and off in the past but never on for more than 1 day.
