There are tons of threads here that will answer your questions....just used the search!!
Just remember....what is the best for one will not be the best for another!! Some CAI are all about more buzz, some are bling, some are a combo....some whistle, some are more $$, etc.

I have a Dinan CAI...love it!! It is not well publicized cause it is not sold by NAM vendors, only direct....but it makes nice power, looks very OEM ish, and is easy to live with. A bunch of us here really like it!!

For exhaust....the Milteck/Stratosphere is the one I like....and hope to get soon!! Nice deep sound, makes good torque, looks nice. There is a thread that has video and audio clips of the exhausts too!!

My #1 recommendation would be get a reduction pulley!! It is THE best band for the buck improvement you can do....I would say...if you ever plan to go on the track...get the 15%, if you do more in-town driving, and don't spend too much time at the redline, get the 17%.

Welcome, and good luck!!

Well you have several options on both. If your looking to get power I'd start with a supercharger pulley, you'll get more bang for your buck.

But for intakes we sell several brands, but with experience of installing and using all of them, I recommend a DDM intake. It will make good power, made of SS so it won't rust and fits perfect.

For exhaust I'd recommend a Milltek or Stratmosphere Catback, they are pretty much the same system, but personally the stratmospher has much better welding on it. They fit the best out of all the systems. They also make great torque, without any highway drone. Several of the other systems will drone. The borla isn't bad but has like 6 plus joints in the exhaust the tend to leak, also as they get older the mufflers crack.

FYI: Don't be detered by this thread, your going to get alot of different opinions, do some research. And call us if you need help, or just advise.
