207 RC boost cut problem..

Hi guys ,

I have 2009 207 RC...With İbiza Cupra FMiC , Borla S-type muffler , Pipercross Venom Cai , and custom remap..

But we have a problem.. We did boost up to 19 Psi but after 19 psi we have boost cut ..How they did 230 Hp RC or how many psi this car...

We have tried to deceive sensor ( we tried after 20 psi sensor can't see this ) but then the Afr mix going dangerous to so poor mix..

What are our problem?

Thank you..

Your tune doesn't have enough control of the ECU...

Also, theres really no reason you should be above 19 psi anyway...that's a lot.

I wouldn't go above 16psi.

19psi is too high.

Not sure if our Minis have the same boost cut... I've hit 20.5psi on my stock 2009 JCW and I have no problems to speak of.

I have been playing with the timing and I think that the throtle can close and cut boost if the motor's knock sensor is tripped. I can get up to 20 psi on the right timing but as soon as the engine light goes on it powers down. It runs much more consistant at 12-16 psi boost.

it s the volume of air that goes thru the maf sensor stock turbo will be 20 21 psi max before the maf sensor cant read anymore on my gt 28 rs it stop reading at 15.5 16 psi because more volume of air,the maf sensor need to be recalibrated

I have vivid memories from cab rides in Istanbul watching your videos

The taxis would race each other all through town, it was so crazy.
