Oh he does value his customers until you complain about his product, then the fanboys come out with a vengeance! This is a fact. So, if you buy something from rmw and praise it and bash those who don,t, you will indeed be valued. So if you end up with his stuff, I don't think you will be dissapointed with how it works. NOW, if you happen to get a product like EZ and I did and want something done about it in a timely manner you are on your own. If that is the case be sure to never say anything bad about rmw or your product. LB will put you on his "list" and you will NEVER be part of the rmw gang. No leather jacket for you!

Your just repeating your self like a broken record. I'm trying to get RMW bashers to see that the OP Fcuked up and RMW supporters to see that RMW isn't #1 in customer satisfaction. The point is that this is suppose to be a MINI community and people should stand in the middle more often and make actual and useful posts on resolving a situation that comes from another community member. If you guys feel like I'm not making any valued posts, I'll just stop here.

Yes please. I am tired about reading about Best Buy :P

I am kidding. Just have fun with your modding and know you were warned. Please let us know how you like your future purchases and service.

Then stop comparing, Jan(RMW) and Helix were wrong and I was right. Jan and Longboard will not come on and support their claims and that is that.

Bryan,

I've had my car dyno'd many times at Church's, and I do believe they use two Dynapack instruments. When did they put in a Dynojet? If they are now using the Dynojet, what were the results for your car on that machine as compared to the Dynapack data that you previously posted?

Many thanks,
