Good to know I was told to check back early Jan.. So are you still waiting on a capable and affordable solution for tuning ?

agreed i hit 220 whp with alta parts though the torque drops off. That is what the bigger turbo is supposed to fix

there's one major problem with the turbo kit as was.... all the power only came on from 3000 rpms and higher... below that you're making a lot worse than normal...

now that may be perfect for the track goer, but i think that the lack of power all around below 3k will really make it harder to do every day driving... but who knows. i haven't had my big turbo on since my unichip failed... but when i had mine i made a little less power than alta's but i was seeing major problems with my lower end... granted i was a self tuner for that so it may very well have been my tuning, but from the dyno graphs it seems alta had the same problem with their initial tunes... maybe their reflash will work better than the Unichip. i personally hope for the best.

i'd find it hard to believe that there is only one company working on a big turbo for the R56 tho.... i'd imagine there are others out there keeping things hush hush for now.

turbo

of course its a bigger turbo,im making fool boost at 3200rpm with gt28,we bump up the timing a little at low end and got power back
