Using PC to clean carpet

I was looking at the Cyclo polisher (that thing is awesome, just too much money, and too big) and there is another attachment (i think) that you can put on the heads to clean stains out of carpet.

I just ordered some 303 just for this use, and wants to make cleaning stains out of mats easier. Is there any pad or attachment thats like a knobby rubber or something that will clean out carpet well???

PC is a 7336

Ha, before I read it I thought it was "PC." I am thinking, my MAC could clean carpen WAY better, if it could clean carpet at all.

Well, if a PC could clean a carpet you know a MAC would do way better and wouldn't ask you 12 times if you are sure you want to clean the carpet.

Think Different....Hmm That's why we own MINI's

The PC (polisher, not computer ) does not have any such attachments, specifically made for it. The Cyclo is definitely a multi-tasker with lots of cool attachments and a great machine, but I agree that it's alotta dough.

Here's a solution using a combination of the two: You can attach the Cyclo brushes to your PC because they have the same threading as the backing plates. So, you could buy a Cyclo brush then screw it on to the PC. Ta-da!

We sell the Cyclo brushes, although not on our website. You can order them by phone (or by coming into the retail store). For the task of carpet cleaning, I would recommend the white brushes, which sell for $15.95 each.

Having said that though, the 303 cleaners are really so effective that you only need a small amount of aggitation in most cases anyway. I would just just spray it on and rub it in a little with a standard bristle brush. Then just blot and rub it out with a cloth. It shouldn't take more than that, IMO.
Then again, I know how it is when you have the PC... you want to use it for everything! So, you have an option for that too.

Would it work on the dog as well? How about the hedges? The kids need a good scrubbing too!

I see a whole new line for your store Heather!

Now THAT is a great idea! I should listen to what I'm saying more often.

Finn is in great need of a wash. I'm going to wash him with the PC! Cyclo makes a softer version of the brush too. That'd probably work perfectly.

Thanks for the idea!! Look out Finn!
