Chip thru bonnet stripe - advice please

My EB/W has had a few chips, but none down to bare metal before. I just make sure to wax these good and try no to be too obsessive about it. BUT this needs treated ASAP and I am torn as to what is the best method to proceed with. Since I will be touching this up, I will probably do my other chips as well.

Please.... no saying I should get a clear bra .... I'm not getting one. I just want opinions of the best way to repair paint chips. I am also not going to replace my bonnet stripe. I want to do want I can with touch up paint, if possible.

It seems there are two choices: the "Pen" vs. Langka. I'm open to either.... I want the best. Wet sanding is out in the question; I am not comfortable with the though of doing this. Also I'm afraid what that might do to the vinyl.

I thank you for your suggestions.

I use the Langka system for my paint chips and I like the results and relative safety. I don't know what you should do about the chip under your stripe. I mean you need to seal it for sure, but you really can't use Langka on it since it is under the stripe. I guess what I would do is clean it real good and then use a high-tech toothpick to fill the chip with your paint. Once that has cured then look for a white vinyl that you can cut to fill the gaping wound in your stripe.
That's the best I can offer.
