Absolutely! You can use your gift certificate and still receive the free Monster Fluffy.

Because our system can only handle one coupon code at a time and gift certificates are entered as coupon codes, here's what you would do:

1. Don't add the free Monster Fluffy to your cart (which is what you would do if you were using the NAM coupon code without the gift certificate)
2. Use your gift certificate for the Coupon Code field, then
3. Add the NAM674 code in the Order Notes field during the final stage of checkout.

That's it! We'll see the note and make sure you receive your free Monster Fluffy.

Just a reminder though...

Please remember to follow the correct procedure when using the coupon online:

1. Add any item or items to your shopping cart.
2. Add the free Monster Fluffy buffing cloth to your shopping cart, then
3. Use the following coupon code during checkout: NAM674 . This will deduct the price of the free Monster Fluffy you've added to your cart.

We keep receiving orders either without the coupon code in the coupon code field and/or without the free Monster Fluffy added to the shopping cart. We can, of course, manually fix these but it takes alot of time! Also, in some cases we have to void your original credit card charge then re-charge it with the corrected amount. We hate to do that because some credit card companies will still hold the original amount for up to 72 hours and sometimes longer. We don't want to do that to your credit card!

I know you're excited an' all, but jeesh guys!

If you have any questions about how this works, please let me know and I'll help you out.
