Zaino v. Zymol

I'm looking at getting a kit from one of these companies. I have heard good things about both products but would like to put it out here for some opinions. I dont mind paying a few extra dollars for quality (not the $1800 zymol wax tho).

So as far as quality and easy of use goes, what do you think?

The detailing gurus will expound on this but the simple answer is if you want it to LAST go Zaino. Carnauba might look deeper but wont last a long time

Forget zymol. Try Pinnacle Sourveign or PS21 if you got carnauba. BTW, some ppl are going Klasse Twins followed by carbnauba

Best of luck and I'm sure the experts will expound on this.

A lot of us have also had great results with Prima's epic and amigo (hell, just about all of their products) from Detailer's Paradise. I was a Zaino zealot for years and Prima's latest entries have made me switch.

Honestly Zaino. You can get great reflections and deph for much less, and 10x the durability.

For a geat paste, look at Pinnacle Souveran, DP Maxwax, or Victoria.

One vote for Soveran over Klasse. Skip the Zaino and the Zymol

For a lasting shine, Zaino's the ticket.

zaino doesnt look as good on dark metallics. probably the worst choice for dark metallics unless you are colour blind and only see shine anyways

so, on the GP???

I have a GP I'm taking delivery of this Friday. It will have 3M's clear bra installed as it is a daily driver... What product do I use? I'm all ears. Looking for bang for the buck (but not afraid to spend $ IF IT MAKES SENSE).

Zaino is truly the best product I've ever used. I have a huge cabinet full of products but Zaino is now all I'll use on my MINI!

Here's my experience with waterspots, The Amazing Zaino Disappearing Waterspot Act

It also works well on light scratches too!

By the way, the Zymol i'm refering to is the wax in a can, not the cleaner-wax that you get at Walmart, etc.

Yep, it smells great and produces a great gloss and depth. It just doesn't last all that long.
