Will any balck car touch up paint work?
Or do I have to pay $35.00 for mini brand?

Black isn't always 'black'. There are so many shades of black (or any other color for that matter) - I'd suggest the MINI touch up paint kit, or color-matched paint pens from www.paintscratch.com or www.colorrite.com.

There are many off shads of black, but mini uses the common solid black. Try on a hidden spot first if you want to try a different brand. I would also recommend a paintscratch pen, much easier to apply than mini's brush bottle.

black is not always black. i would get the factory touchup if you want a
close match.
