Static Cling

Is static cling a side affect after using Zaino products? I have so much road dust and pollen clinging to the MINI I could write my name in it and anyone could read it! Is this normal???

I've noticed this on the MINI, but not on my old Altima. I'm thinking that it's more a property of the aerodynamics of the car... If did a claybar, it may just be that a bit of dust is now much more noticeable than before.

Are you using the Z6 detailing spray? It supposed to have anti-static properties to reduce dust so I use that last

We did the whole ball of wax. Wash, claybar, dry, wash, Z-5 with ZFX (twice) with the Z-6 spray in between and after. I tried to call Zanio but they were closed for the day. Will try tomorrow. Thanks for the input.

Zaino should have anti-static properties.

The dust and pollen is a side-effect of what is known as SPRING. :D

A California Duster will quickly remove it and have it looking clean again.

i always cal-duct after wax apps because it relieves a lot of the static build up from buffing.

I have one of those dusters. Will it make swirlys on the car from moving the dust around? This is not just a mere coating. I think I have all the dust from the tri-state area on the car! The Astro Black paint it shows up even more. Gonna call Zaino now.....
