Daisy's first wax w/ Zaino

Hey everyone, next weekend we will be giving our little girl her first wax, with all the Zaino I could get my hands on. I have a couple of questions. For the bonnet and boot stripes do I just wax them like the rest of the car in the back and forth motion or go with the pinstripes? also do I wax the whole car, the windows, black rubber covers/triming around the tires (like on the frame) and all plastics? PLEASE let me know by this weekend. I do need all the help I can get. last time I waxed it was my dad's car and I didn't care how good of a job I did and it was years ago, I want to do it right the first time for Daisy. Thanks so much!!!

Also what to you all suggest for the inside detailing?

Apply the zaino in back and forth motions over all the smooth parts of the car. This includes the glass, bumpers, and the plastic A-pillars. Don't apply it to the wheel arches or the rough plastic on the underside of the mirrors.

Make sure you clay bar all these areas first to get all the contaminants off the finish.

Only apply 3 total coats in a 24 hour period. My suggestions for first time are 2 coats of Z5 followed by 1 of Z2 then do another 2 coats of Z2 the next day. But that may be a bit overboard, you could do 1 Z5 and 2 Z2 and be fine. Make sure to use the Z6 detailer in between caots after you buff them out. If you have the Grand Finale spray use this after the last coat of Z2 and sit back and enjoy.

For the rough plastic surfaces I use Meguiars #40 I think it is, or Aerospace 303.

Cheers,
Joel
