Creative paint job for bonnet?

Over the past 37k miles, I've collected quite an assortment of chips in the paint on my bonnet. I've got an Indi Blue/White MINI and thought I'd check if anyone has suggestions or ideas for something creative to do other than just a normal paint job. The only thing I can think of is possibly a white scoop.

Thanks for the ideas,
Mike

There are some really cool stripe ideas from the stripe companies. That can really transform the look. Check the vendor links.

Yeah you could have stripes, flames, or checkers or something else of interest painted on your hood . I'm thinking about doing black checkers since I have a nice big scratch on the bonnet from a dumptruck and need to get it fixed/painted anyway.

Repaint Entire Hood

I had my entire IB hood repainted when a dump truck threw stones at my hood. It cost me $600, but I used the best body shop in Philly, which is the one MINI, BMW, Porsche and Mercedes use. I think the paint is thicker than original paint.

Next time I might go for a paintd stripe in a custom color. I'm not big on vinyl stickers. Please post your final result.

P.S. Just had my rear bumper repainted to the tune of $1,100 bucks.

When I needed my hood replaced I took the opportunity and had my white stripes painted on. I love it.

You should get a giant Incan warrior holding a big breasted incan woman in his arms in front of a burning city.... That would be muy bonito..Ryan

Hey check out my website. www.aestheticreations.net

I can do just about anything you want for the bonnet or where ever. The nice thing about vinyl is you can take it off and do something else later.

If you want ghost flames they can be done in vinyl now too.
