Clear Bra repair

Is there any way to get out scracthes from the clear bra? Somebody at work sat on my MINI and scracthed the bonnet stripe and clear bra with their butt with whatever was on it. I read about using a sharpie for the stripe but I can find anything on how to repair the clear bra. Any information would be helpful.

if the material is 3m you might be able to polish it out, if not I doubt there is much you can do. But it shows that the clear bra did its job and saved the paint, worst case is you will have to have the scratched piece replaced.

Use a very fine swirl remover and treat it much like you would paint. Buff with a pure foam applicator in back and forth motions only and wipe off residue with a microfiber.

Light swirls and scratches will come out.

Scratched clear plastic

Meguires makes a clear plastic polish that might work. I know of a place that sells it and you can have it delivered to you. Their # is 1-800-548-4321....I use them all the time for my car care products so maybe they can help you out.

THIS is Meguiars latest plastic product. Not bad, but I have had better luck as described above.

I agree. My wife uses the hood and roof as selves for keeping stuff on, short term groceries, her purse etc... and what really gets me , is that she doesn't lift off the item, she drags it off .The clear bra and other flat surfaces were thrashed . After polishing, glazing and waxing, the bra came out as good as new whew, I was a bit worried about it. I, also, used an orbital.
