How to clean Headlight lens?

One of my pet peeves in cars is the hassle of cleaning the inside of the headlights and most people tend to forget about it, and as the years pass, it becomes smokey and nasty. How do you clean the inside of the MC or MCS headlight?
Thanks,
Larry

You can remove the headlight unit to access the bulbs. I use a flexible "grab-it" claw tool with a small microfiber towel attached soaked in lense cleaner. I swish it around and it wipes of the residue caused by the vapor of the hot bulbs.
