What IS Leatherette???
I was walking down a local automotive place looking for some interior cleaners for the seats until i realize one thing... WHAT THE BLOODY EL IS LEATHERETTE??
is it leather? should i use a leather cleaner and conditioner? or should i go with a vinyl (Sp) cleaner... or just an all purpose interior spray.... and worry later

Leatherette is BMW's fancy name for vinyl. Use an appropriate interior vinyl cleaner: 303 Aerospace and Lexol Vinylex are both excellent.
