Good seat cleaner?

All men have said, "Don't let your dogs in that car." Please. Of course I have to transport my dogs. But now I have drool marks on my passenger seat (from the dogs hanging over). What's a good cleaner? Thanks.

I'd ask a scrub nurse what they use to detail a surgical suite.

Griot's is what I use but your first comment put a left handed twist on the issue I couldn't leave alone.

303 APC is very good for cloth. Dilute 1 part APC with 10 parts water. Great surfactant and no residual. Brush a little, wet-vac and your done.

Griot's interior cleaner is definitely what I would use. Unless I had griot's carpet cleaner. Which I also have. It has near the same stuff as the interior cleaner, but it is more concentrated and soaks less a little bit. It dries faster that is for sure.

Never buy cloth is the best recommendation I have ever gotten since my purchase of my mini. I always had cloth. now it makes it feel icky.

leather is much easier. id use some warm mild soapy water on a towel, wring it and wipe away.

then Griot's LeatherCare Spray to finish off.

Tip #1 is to get dog drool off ASAP... I know from personal experience that drool can really mark up leather the longer it is allowed to sit.

Tip #2 is to use Leatherique Prestine Clean. Although in most cases you want to use Leatherique products as a complete system (Rejuvenator Oil + Prestine Clean), Prestine Clean used alone can also be an excellent cleaner. Four Star's Leather Cleaner is also a great go-to for anything stubborn on leather. Both products are very safe for leather (not all leather cleaners are, unfortunately).

Other leather cleaners may help, but, again, from my own experience, dog drool usually needs the most powerful (yet safe of course!) cleaners on the market. I've found that Four Star and Leatherique are my reliable cleaners for tough leather cleaning issues.

Good luck! And once again, be sure to clean the drool promptly.
