light scratches

hi,
have some light scratches on front bumper ( backed into) and rear bumper ( previous owner not careful when removing groceries?).
I have tried over the counter stuff Scratch X, Dr Scratch etc.
Do i need to move to a PC and slightly more aggresive stuff.
Is there a method that doesn't involve a PC, as now i have no swirls on my BRG and i don't want to add any,
thanks in advance

First, BRG/W are the best looking MINIs

Second, you need to give us more info; are the scratches just in the clear coat.

Can you give us more info? Or better yet, a picture? If the scratches are deep (as in, showing white/primer) then you may be forced to touch up. If they are just light swirls/spiderwebbing it's much easier to take them up with a PC than any other way.

Anyway, if you can get a picture you'll get some good suggestions!

Paul and all other replies,
great answers,
I've used scratch x on them a couple of times, still there,
looks like a pc is in order,
will start light and work up,
but the goal is to not get thru the color coat, right?
thanks again to all
this site is awesome for getting answers before screwing up,

Yeah, not getting through the color coat is a *good* goal.

Not getting through the clear coat is an even better goal.
