Sunblock stain on leather seat - help!

Thankfully this isn't about my MINI - my friend's Mazda 6 with black leather seats got a stain from her sunblock, and before she tries anything, she wants to consult a professional, so she calls me.

I am not a professional.

So I came here, to ask all of you for your opinions, recommendations, what products to use, etc...(yes, I know, she should just trade the Mazda in on a MINI, that's what I said, but she's not going for that answer)

So any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Atomic

Four Star's Leather Cleaner is an excellent cleaner... especially for unusual staining like sunblock.

If all else fails, you can deep clean the leather by purging its pores with the Leatherique system (Rejuvenator Oil + Prestine Clean).

I'm going to go at it with some Griot's Interior Cleaner (which, to date, has cleaned EVERYTHING out/off of every possible surface inside the car), and then treat with Prima Nero. I anticipate success, but I'll report back afterwards!

Okay, so reporting back after my 4 hour detail this afternoon and I still probably have an hour of interior work to do tomorrow.

Anyway, the Griot's Interior Cleaner did get the sunblock off the leather and vinyl! And with very minimal effort. Came right out. Followed up with a little Nero and it looks just fine.

However, one of my painted door ovals has a spot that won't clean up. It looks like the sunblock hazed the paint So I'm going to bust out the PlastX and see if that gets rid of it.

Gulp! I better go do mine. We've had sunblock stains for about a month now.
