Showcar detailing experience
Very positive experience purchasing prima product line from Showcar detailing.Basically after using hydro I decided to make the switch to prima from another product line-but this is not about that.I bought the pc with one grip and guard and the whole prima line up plus six, 6 1/2 inch polishing pads for less than 400.00(Which considering the pc alone is 139.00, I think is a good price). One thing that got my attention was how carefully products were packed for shipping by showcar-everything was bubble wrapped and well protected-the pc was all set up with onegrip and guard in its original box with tools and manual.I received several surprise freebies! which I wont list here, but they were substantial in value.I think I got them because of the size of my order. Also, I had questions that ocurred to me while waiting for order to arrive,so I emailed octaneguy and received immediate detailed and friendly responses-this guy is very patient with dumb questions.Responses were so fast I thought I was using instant messaging! So as you can tell I am happy and impressed with showcar. This is not to compare showcar with any other detailing supply place( I am sure they are all good) but merely to thank and recommend them publicly.

Wow Ed! Thank you for the very nice comments! Very much appreciated. Kyle is my new right hand man at the shop. He's in charge of shipping since the past couple of months..some people may have even talked to him on my 800 number while I was out of the country. Regardless, Kyle and I are doing our best to provide the best experience for you guys!
Thanks again and thank you for the business!!
Richard

Richard is great to deal with.
We had an incident about a year ago with a sample bottle of Black Wow he had shipped us with an order we had made. One of our dogs found the small bottle, and decided to chew on the bottle. Well the bottle leaked, she probably ingested some, so right away I phoned Richard, told him what had happened, and he told me the secret ingredients, which I can never divulge because I can't remember them , which are safe. So if your ever detailing and run out of your favorite beverage, you could drink Black Wow
Oh, the dog had a very slick muzzle for a couple of days
Mark

Showcar detailing experience
Yeah but blackwow is way more expensive than my favorite beverage, but I'll try it next time I watch the 2 1/2 hour showcar detailing dvd that I liked better than the Italian Job.I hope I get over this mini and mini detailing obsession,so I can go on with my life.

We need to have a contest between Octane Guy and Jan from RMW to see who can reply to an email at the most ridiculous time of night.
I checked my email around 6:30 one morning and saw a reply from Jan from like 2 a.m. I replied back and instantly got another reply back! I swear these guys never sleep. I guess that's what it takes to make your own business work.

Haha, Jan will probably win. I see all incoming emails and PM's via my iPhone and as long as I've got a internet connection I will reply. When I'm travelling I'll often reply and save it as a draft until I got a connection to send it...that'll often delay my reply.
I got a call a few weekends ago at 6AM on Sunday morning...normally that's not a problem, except I went to bed at 4:30AM..so I was pretty out of it...the caller was from the east coast calling my 800 number, lol.
