You might want to check your order form's design under Safari on Windows, because for Mac users, it's very difficult to use, it being completely smashed horizontally. I'm not sure which field corresponds to what. 
btw, I guess you can ignore my PMs now that you have the dvd in stock !

Yeah the form is kinda goofy even when it looks right. 
Try Firefox, its free and looks fine.

No offense taken, but I have Safari, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Firefox and I just prefer Firefox and it's plugins for my web browsing.
