Detailed: 05 Cooper S

This was the dirtiest MINI I've ever seen. Ugh. Took my most of the day just to get all the mud, dirt and debris off the car. This was a two day job, and I am pretty happy with the results.

BEFORE:

AFTER:

Used Poorboy's wax for the first time on this project. I love how it felt. Great wax if you like working it in with your hands.

Products Used:
Zaino Z-7 Shampoo
P21S Paintwork Cleaning Lotion
Meguiar's Aggressive Clay Bar
Meguiar's M105 on an Orange Cutting Pad
Meguiar's M205 on a Grey Polishing Pad
Zaino Z-2 Show Car Sealant
Poorboy's World Natty's Blue Carnauba Wax
My "Special Blend" for all black trim
P21S Cockpit Cleaner
Cole Haan Leather Cleaner/Conditioner
Wurth Glass Cleaner
Wolfgang Plastik Lense Glaze

Yes that was one dirty MINI. Not any more - nice work!
I really like the P21S Paintworks Cleanser. It does a great job at cleaning the paint prior to clay.
So what is this "Special Blend"?

Very nice work !!

Shame.... with an owner that brings you a MINI looking like that, you just know in a few months it'll be filthy and/or full of swirl marks again. You should make them watch you when you detail cars that look like that.

Nice job

It kind of hurts, to see those "before" photos, but the "after" ones make up for it

BTW, I just recently purchased a new 2008 R56, and so I haven't yet had to do anything treatment-wise with the interior plastics or leather, but most of these surfaces have kind of a "buff" texture, so it seems to me that a cleaner/conditioner like Eisenszett Tiefenpfleger would not be appropriate. Any recommendations ? Have you used their Cockpit Priemium product ?

When I first saw the "before" pic I thought the car was from northeast Ohio.
