I saw a MINI S car cover on ebay however it came with the car. It looked just like the car it was so cool it had tires windows paintjob scoop ect seem to be made from parachute type cloth any one seen one of these and where can they be bought?

You should be able to order it through your Mini dealer. I got the one with the zipper up the middle

The Weathershield covers (made of Nextec) by Covercraft and sold by various distributors are a far better cover than the MINI brand cover. Might want to check them out before you purchase.
