do i clean the inside of the plastic round cover
that is the face plate of the tach..
ugh.. how did the windex get in there
i guess next time i will spray towel, then wipe tach.
but for now.. any ideas of how to clean inside of it
i tried to see if it came apart but i didn't see how.
i don't want to break the whole thing
any ideas?

Always spray the product on a towel first...(especially interior) not directly on the glass. I prefer Stoner's Invisible Glass cleaner for my windows and instrument panel glass/plastics.

I guess you'll have to wait for the windex to evaporate for now. I wouldn't open the tach cover If I were you. Sorry for your troubles. :???:

the hair dryer did not work.
the spots were alrready dried.. maybe that is why
i found out that is a sealed unit.
the dealer said they will replace the tach under warranty.
