Paint spots

Ok I stayed at a hotel over the weekend and it seems someone sprayed something on my car now I have what looks like water spots on the paint and sun roof. I managed to get the sun roof 100% clean using clay bar. But the same treatment on the paint yielded limited success. So I went to Meguires Scratch-X and limited success. I have about 15 - 20 small 1/16th inch spots that dont seem to want to go away on the black paint. I am guessing there is some on the pepper white base as well but I cannot see them. Any ideas for removing these? I can attach pictures if needed...


If I had to guess I would say Beer maybe (being as a local bar was in proximity to the hotel)

might be champaigne(?) try some rubbing alcohol it *might* work.

otherwise, i would just keep at it with the claybar or go to a more coarse
polish.
