This morning it was time for weekly wash and was I ever surprised. Last week the Cooper got two coats of Epic and now the water no longer beads up. As I rinsed, the water got up an ran off, it wasn't on the car long enough to bead. The easiest dry job I ever did, hardly anything to dry off.
The Prima products never cease to amaze me.
P.S. For Sale: California Jelly Blade - only used once on the glass. Cheap

I have a jelly blade I never use, too. I just sheet the water off when I'm done washing, spritz with Hydro, dry with waffle weave, and presto, beautiful paint.

quick question..what is the difference when applying hydro wet or dry? does it shine the same?

I've never noticed any difference in the shine. It's just easier to use on a wet car, IMO. If you do it on a dry car, I would recommend you do one panel at a time. Spray, wipe. On a wet car, spray the entire car and then dry as you normally would.
Since you're going to wash your car once a week and Hydro lasts about two weeks, you shouldn't need to use it on a dry car, right ??
Jelly Blade, aka California Jelly Blade is a detailing tool used to help dry your car. It's a long, thin, plastic blade that you drag across the surface of the car to pull the beads of water off.
Hydro is concentrated--using it on a dry car just means you use more product-on a wet car it spreads easily and goes further. It's your choice. I use it both wet and dry depending on the situation.

Here is how I Hydro/dry our MINIs. I sheet water on to rinse, then spritz lightly with Hydro over the whole car, then wipe most of the water off with a waffle weave, then buff the car with a Monster fluffy.
