I need some help here!!! My hood just had some damage and my bonnet stripes have to be replaced:( but no one can seem to find them. Does anyone know of where to go for after market stripes....I have checked mini mania and moss and they dont have it. It is a red metallic stripe with two small half inch stripes and one 10 inch stripe in between the smaller ones. Please help!!!
Any sign shop can make those and install them cheap
I bought mine from a sign shop about 3 years ago, they faded badly in a short period of time. I recommend getting the overlay laminate from one of the above vendors. In the long run the extra cost will pay off.
My husband & I replaced my stripes on Sunday. It was an all day job getting the old off, prepping the bonnet & then putting the new ones on.
If you don't want to DIY, anyone that does clear bras can put the stripes on for you or if you belong to a MINI Club ask some of the members for help. Many of us do our own & they look great.
