Leather Steering Wheel is Getting Awfully Shiny...

Even though my MCS is well on the way to 70K miles, most things are wearing well and look great. But my steering wheel cover is SO shiny. Might be a silly question, but is there any way to dull down worn leather? It looks so old when it's shiny

Sounds like it probably needs to be deep cleaned and then reconditioned. All the pores are probably full of sweat/dirt/other crap, thus the shine and probably stiffness to it as well.

So you probably just need a leather cleaner, and then a separate conditioner (the Leatherique system is awesome).

The Leatherique looks like a great solution! I just wish I had leather seats, because it's hard to part with 60 bucks just for the sake of the steering wheel...maybe I can also use it on my leather club chair in the house
