We took delivery of our Chili Red MCS 7-26-03. I noticed on the bonnet, in between the stripes, there is a "spot" (measures roughly half the diameter of a pencil eraser--on the tip of a pencil, not the big hand held ones) that when seen from an angle looks like an oil spot on a brown paper bag, but when viewed from directly above, the "spot" disappears. I can't wipe it off. Anyone else experience this phenomena? What do you think can be done? Is this a paint imperfection?

Also, on the lower left side of the front bumper (from the perspective of sitting in the driver's seat) the paint feels bumpy, like sandpaper. What can be done about that? Can a clay bay "fix" this?

Please help! :???:

Do you have that protective film on it?

I am not qualified to help with this, but just a question that popped to the front of my mind.

Goodluck.
