How hard is to remove water spots on the glass. I have the drop pretty much everywhere. I want to know how do I remove them?

Try a clay bar. Should take them right off. While you're at it, clay the paint. If you have water spots on the glass, you probalby have them on the paint, too... just harder to see them. And if you haven't clayed the paint in about six months, it could use it anyway.
And whatever you did to get those water spots... don't do it again.
I was having this same problem and tried something perhaps a bit harsh. I sprayed some kitchen multisurface CLR on a paper towel, to avoid over spray on the paint, and rubbed the windshield with a bit of elbow grease. I then cleaned it all off with a microfiber/Invisible glass one-two punch. It came out perfectly!
You might be able to use a glass household shower cleaner. It might be pretty harsh, so id spray a little on a rag/towel and apply it that way so it doesnt get on the paint. I usually keep my glass waxed with car wax to prevent them.

If you have a PC, some Swirl on an orange or white pad will take those spots out of the glass too.

Really!?! This won't hurt the windshield? If not thats great news. I have spots all over my glass and nothing has taken off. I just got my PC and the Prima products and pads I need. Just waiting on a nice day to use them.

Nope won't hurt. Glass is very hard, nothing is going to hurt it unless you manage to get a rock or a diamond on your pad as you polish, lol.

I seldom get spots that won't wipe off with just a glass cleaner/water and a good glass micro fiber cloth. But then I wax all my glass, which I feel really helps.

I buff my glass with Swirl while doing the paint. Then wax with Epic with the rest of the car. Even bug splats wipe right off and seldom do I need my wipers.
As a rule, I usually recommend using clay on water spots on glass first.
However, if that doesn't work, try saturating a towel with white vinegar and then lay the towel on the glass (easier on the windshield than the side windows... you'll have to hold the towel on the side windows). Keep the towel on the glass for several minutes to allow the vinegar to break down the minerals that cause the water spots. Then, wipe away.
The vinegar trick almost always works. If not though, you can polish with an abrasive like Swirl and a PC, as others have already recommended.
