Prima Mystique safe for leather!!

Weird thread title, I know.

I had a bottle of Mystique lying in my backseat, and something must have bumped the flip-up cap open, because half of the bottle leaked out and pooled in my leather seat. I figure it probably sat there for a day or so before I noticed it.

The good news is, it didn't stain the leather at all, and when I wiped it up with the microfiber towels I had in the car, there was *no* discolouration of the towels at all, so the Mystique obviously didn't leach any of the dye out of the dark blue leather.

So, dumb move on my part, but no harm done.

Wow - I woulda freaked. Like when the dog jumped in my car and whizzed all over the seats...

Glad you didn't have an expensive mess on your hands - let us know if anything changes over time...

Mystique (and other good car soap) IS pretty gentle stuff - since it won't strip wax -
