prima question
I polished the Mini about 6 months ago and applied epic. I've been hydroing after every wash and it lives indoors. It still looks great but I feel the need to prep it for winter. If I use Amigo with the white pad on the pc will that be enough to get rid of the existing epic/hydro in prep for a fresh layer . Should I dawn wash? Does that strip? Or an isopropel wipe?

Amigo or Swirl will remove Epic. I generally use a 50/50 mix of water & alcohol and then wash with Gold Class before using clay. I've got P21S Total Auto Wash and it is pretty powerful, but it failed to strip Epic off the Expedition this past weekend so I did a quick spritz with the alcohol mix and then clayed.
I obviously still had Epic, but like you I decided that it would make me feel better to put a fresh coat on before winter sets in.

No need to strip the current Epic. If you don't need to clay or have other issues with your paint you want to correct, just put a new coat of Epic over the current coat.
