He turns around the orders MAD quick (such great english there...). They try to ship the same day the order is received. Go for it--you will not be disappointed.
Yes synthetic. SO FREAKIN' SHINY!
As far as my experience has gone... nothing happens when you get it on the trim. I don't have any white residue whatsoever.

couldn't have said it better myself. as a matter of fact, i purposely put zaino all over my trim for added protection.
OK, now I'm a Zaino-Head. Just placed my order for the ZKIT-1 kit. I feel guilty spending that much moolaa, but after seeing the consistent high quality results on everyone else's MINI's I just had to become one of you. Yes, I have been assimilated by the Zaino-Heads.
There IS an older guy who lives down by South Mountain who resells Zaino for Sal at Zaino Bros.....he's got a large stock in his garage along with a MCS and heavily modded Miata....he's also trying to fabricate lots of little accents and parts for the Mini....anyway, I'm in Kansas City still but when I get home this weekend, I'll send you his info. Really nice guy and very helpful when I was first starting out with Zaino.

I beiieve the guy you are refering to is Glen (Robert) Swensen. He's in Phoenix. His phone number is 602-549-6439, email: grswensen@earthlink.net
He also has a web page robertsproducts.com
That's very odd. Because as of a week ago, Zaino said there was nobody in the PHX area. I'm going to email grswensen@earthlink.net the message Sal sent me and see what he says.

I'm picking up some zaino this weekend from the place in howell, NJ Can't wait to fully detail my baby.. it's getting a little dull as I have waited to decide which route to go.. I hear so many good things about zaino that I could not pass it up!

It's been three weeks and no response from Glen via email.
