Purdy !!!

That's about as reflective as I've ever seen DS !

The wheels are gorgeous, too. And I bet those are not fun to clean with all the intricate spoke pattern. But those are among my favorite wheels for a MINI.

It takes me as long to clean the wheels as it does to wash/dry the entire car ...and clean the windows!

I love the way they look ...but they are a pain in the butt. Especially after it rains and the brake dust turns to sludge and then dries.

dean.

PS:

Products used:

Mystique
Hydro
Clarity
DP Wheel Conditioner

Nothing on the rubber or plastic parts ...they are au naturel.

I didn't think this warranted a new thread so I thought I'd tag along here. I finally had a chance to put a coat of Epic on the new Mini this weekend. And I really wanted to say thanks to everyone who has passed along all the great information in this forum that has helped me get this far. Much appreciated.

you should get a boar's hair wheel brush from Griot's with a long handle
and use your favorite car shampoo.

that's wat i use to get the brake dust off mine. works wonders on
mesh wheels. i bought it originally to wash my 17" R90's back
when i first got the car.

i spend maybe 1.5min per wheel and another min for Hydro/wipe down.
