Thanks Detailers Paradise...

Because I've NEVER spent this much money on car care before! So I guess that's what I get for buying a mini ...Here's what I ordered.

Paradise Super Bundle
Amigo
Wizards Bug Release

I'm REALLY looking forward to getting this package as I have some light swirl marks to get rid of. I don't have a PC...yet! I will do everything by hand for a while. I'm just learning this stuff. It should be fun. I hope.

You won't be disappointed with their products. You've spent your money wisely.

And once you get used to having a bright and shiny MINI, you won't mind spending the $125-or-so for the PC buffer. And once you have it, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. Best investment I ever made, when it comes to cars.

So let me get this straight AG - You're thanking DP for allowing you to spend more money than you ever have on car care supplies - did I get that right? Well I would allow you to send me $500 for my used PC - want to send me some thanks too?
No, no just kidding! I think it is great that you care enough about you MINI that you are willing to spend the money necessary for great quality stuff. And after dealing with Heather & Nick I'm sure you'll agree that better customer service would be hard to find. So ditto what CRPWJB wrote above and good luck with your efforts. BTW, you will want a PC and after rubbing your arm off you will gladly pay $500 for mine.

I have been known to lay out the sarcasm, from time to time. But honestly, I'm impressed with the amount of support they offer up on this site as well as the amout of praise the products recieve, so let's see how long I can hold out before I get the PC. I'm building a bathroom in my house right now, so the money gets spent on a toilet instead...how crappy

You might find that clay takes the bugs off better than other chemicals.

As it turns out, I was unable to hold out on ordering the PC from Detailers Paradise. Upon recieving my Paradise bundle I decided to try my hand at detailing the black roof. After washing, claybar, Amigo and Epic it looked night and day better, but no way was I going to do the whole car by hand. So now I have the PC and perhaps this weekend I can fiish what I started...so thanks again Detailers Paradise!!!!

I also rather enjoyed Octane Guy's dvd...very informative

Congrats on getting a PC! Once you use it, you'll be so glad you have it. I can't tell you how many people have told me they wish they had bought one earlier than they did. You're going to love it!

And yes, OctaneGuy's DVD is indeed very informative. Also, be sure to check out his sticky thread on this forum (or click here for a direct link) about some of the variations you should know about in using the Prima system with the PC which is slightly different than what is shown on the DVD.

Have fun this weekend! Let us know how you make out.
