Clean Concrete?

I need to know if anyone has any idea of how to clean concrete safely off my car. I had one of those concrete trucks merge lanes with me last week and I tried to switch over but right after I did I guess a spot the size of silver dollar hit the rear passenger window, and dripped onto my paint. I tried to carefully remove it but I started to see scratches being left on the paint and just stopped there. There are still some specs of concrete on the paint which feel like rocks and I don't want to try anything else for fear of scratching the paint worse.

Sorry to hear this! Concrete is a big pain.

Here's a link to a thread on this very topic from earlier this year that I think you'll find helpful:
Concrete Thread

MiniMaybee is in the know on this topic, so check out his posts on that thread.

Good luck!

Thanks,

My search just came up with a lot of posts about dropping things on concrete.

Vinegar!!!!

Vinegar did the trick for me. I had two wheel wells full and all down the side of the door. I just thought it was a mud splash and it sat for a few days. I discovered it was concrete when I went to wash it. I was about to strangle someone at the concrete plant down the street from where I work. There are still little splashes of concrete that dripped out of my wheel well right where I park at work.

Anyway, vinegar stinks, but it does the trick and seems to be fairly harmless.
Rinse well, and be prepared to stink.
