I use 303 Aerospace Fabric Cleaner. But another possibility, and its locally availible, is a dilution of Woolite:Water of 1:6 will do the job.

I've had good success with Griot's Garage "Interior Cleaner", on a variety of applications from water-stained seats to 35-year-old "God-knows-what" stains in a classic Mercedes.
Bad news is it's only available online, at www.griotsgarage.com. The good news is that if you order a gallon of it, you'll be done worrying about interior/cloth cleaner for a long time.

True - I'm the same way. The only detailing chemical I can think of off-hand that I buy locally is isopropyl alcohol!
But sometimes when people ask for suggestions in the forum, I think they want something they can run out and try right away.

+1, I'm a huge fan of this stuff as well. It got some nasty finger prints (thanks, Jiffy Lube!) off my old POS car's headliner with no work at all. I just sprayed a little on a MF and dabbed at the spots (which looked like oil or grease), and they came right up. I was amazed.
I just have the 35 ounce bottle, and it's lasted almost a year now.

You are not useing enough then. Or your much cleaner than anyone who gets into my car.
I used it to clean up after my dog. Apparently she gets car sick driving around the mountains. Poor thing. I am just glad I had one of the 8oz bottles of interior cleaner they sent me with my order. Quick cleanup prevented a bad smell.

Thanks! I think I'll try the 303 , it says it's good for SUnbrella so it will do double duty on the patio chairs.

Glad to know it worked for you, question, what was the stain that you cleaned up? What method did you use to get it up (Dab with towel, scrub with brush)?

it was a water stain, not bad but not good. Sprayed it on full strengh, brushed it around and wiped it down, so far so good.
Thanks again!!

I think I'm so OCD about my car that all my friends and family respect it and try to be neat when they ride along. So far I haven't had any sort of dirt in the MINI that the vacuum or a little Nero wouldn't clean up!
