UK MINI/BMW & OctaneGuy Bragging Rights

Hey all, just wanted to brag a little bit.

MiniWorld UK (http://www.miniworld.co.uk/)
for classic Minis, is doing a review of my PC DVD for the September issue--published on August 1. I hear they like the DVD a lot.

Also Black Wow will be featured on their www.newmini.org website for the new MINIs soon. They tell me this week, but they told me that a month ago, so who knows.

And BMW just released a report titled "The secret life of cars and what they reveal about us". I haven't read it yet, but you can download a PDF of it below. They used one of my photographs--nothing special really--just an X5 I worked on awhile ago. Kinda cool to be included in it though.

Cool. I just got done watching your DVD again. I can't find the red pad anywhere, though.

The red cutting pad--W7006 pad is only used with a MF bonnet to remove dried wax off the paint. Unless you're saying you can't find the red pad at your house?

Octane ... just to let you know, the owner of the AG croc you worked on commented on the P-cars forum and looks pretty happy. Somebody else jumped in and said he had been to see you too and was happy.

Your reputation is growing ...

Good work

LOL. No, I meant what you said. I know. Not only did I watch the DVD, but I paid attention to it. So where can I get one?

Way to go Richard.
Makes me look smart, too, because I've spent a whole lot of money in the last while following your advice

Man powdered min donuts. Those things are impossible to eat just one.

That's why Black Wow smells like watermelon Jolly ranchers is because you're addicted to them !!!

No worries, I love my Starburst, especially the ones you kids can get in the States that has poor Canucks can't get here.
