Kudo to Detailer's Paradise

Well, I read the fine print (not really). Noticed their was a buffing cloth included for a limited time in one of the bundles. Wasn't in the big box of goodies so I called. Nick wasn't aware of it but I got the cloth in the mail in just and few days. Thanks for great service Heather and Nick!

It's actually kinda funny. It was a brief promo that we forgot we had added to the site! Good thing you called us on it. Not only did you get your promised cloth, but we realized something we had completely forgotten about! Can anyone tell we're going kuckoo over here?!

Kuckoo or not, our word is always good! You can count on it.

-Heather

I gotta give Heather a thumbs up too. I placed an order last month with a few things and 3 Hydros. One for me and 2 for gifts. When I opened the box I only had 1 Hydro. After a quick call to Heather they had my 2 hydros on the way. She even offered to overnight them to me. I didn't need them that soon so I declined the offer, but it was nice to work with someone who treats the customers like they appreciate their business.

Detailers Paradise gets in my book.
