I use Zaino products - www.zainobros.com . Not only their cleaners and polish system, but their leather care products as well. I got hooked on 'em when I was into the Corvette scene a few years ago, and haven't looked back. They're a bit more expensive than some other products, but to me the extra cost is money well spent.
If that's not feasible for you, then by all means, go with Zymol. They've been in the leather car business for about 2 gazillion years. Their cleaners work, and the leather treatment is excellent - much better than any of the 'vinyl protective products' on the market.

I agree on the Zaino leather products. For the painted bits on the interior I'm partial to Hydro though (can't believe I beat kenchan on that one !)

+1, Hydro or Slick on the painted bits. Zymol is decent leather cleaner/treatment. I'm about to order the Leatherique stuff for a test run but we've used Zymol to this point and it's been fine, I just think our leather is past that point, heh.
For the vinyl parts of the dash, I really really like Prima Nero. Smells good, cleans and conditions the vinyl and dries to a natural finish with no shine.

i'd wait on the Prima Leather creme that's coming out pretty soon for
your leather. (is that real leather or faux?)
if faux, use diluted Nero. 50/50 is perfect for my leatherette.

The lounge leather is real.
I personally hope that the next time I'm ready to order a MINI, that the punch leather is still available. So cool...

I just ordered some Leatherique last night, due foor arrival Tuesday - will let you know how it goes, although for brand new seats don't think it would be necessary yet. I got it to clean my (what once was) cream leather couches - will probably try it on the back seats in my Highlander first.

for new/newer leathers Griot's LeatherCare spray does wonders
too. i am very happy with it on my G's seats where it has perforations.
i can just spray a decent amount into my MF app towel and just wipe
away to a nice matte finish and great leather scent. .. actually
it's good stuff.
