Coming Soon... a leather conditioner from Prima!

Although exact details are yet to be announced, I just wanted to give you all a heads-up on what will soon be the newest addition to the Prima product lineup.

Our new leather conditioner will not only condition leather beautifully, but also has an amazing, rich, leather scent! Some of our local customers have already had the privilege to take a sniff and they've all been extremely impressed. Mmmm... leather!

We plan to release this new product (and its name!) in the next couple of months...

Stay tuned!

-Heather

PS- I know, I know... I'm such a big tease!

Have you managed to be the first company to obtain that "new car leather" smell?
Maybe add it to a vinyl product as well so the rest of us can pretend?

might get too oily or slippery as leather care products needs to be
absorbed by the leather. might even stain the vinyl?

leatherette is best treated with Nero, imho. lately ive been
doing 3 sprays into my MF app towel followed by 3 sprays of distilled
water into my MF to do the seats. this way the concentration is
much less and less prone to getting a slippery seat. after the
app towel begins to dry, instead of adding more Nero, i add more
distilled water and wipe.

then i move onto the next seat, spray Nero once into the towel
and do 1-2 sprays of distilled water and wipe.

the seats turn out a nice matte finish and no slippery and barely
squeaking seat. the squeaking stops almost within 5-10min.

Oh sure, now I will have to start cleaning my seats weekly, just so I can use up the Z-9 & Z-10 I've got.

Oh and they too have the new leather smell. Mmmm leather.

Having been one of the lucky few to have actually smelled the new Prima leather care product, I can say it smells every bit as good as the Zaino products. In fact it smells very similar and has about the same consistency. It is about as thick as Epic, maybe a little less so. Oh and did I mention it smells great too!

Does it make the leather slippery? I hate having to unfurl myself from under the dash whenever I stop.

hummm.. i wonder if there's going to be a spray version available too.

cremes are good, but some seats have perforations that make them a
pita to condition as the creme gets caught up in the little holes... so
2-3 months creme, then every other week, spray. that's how im doing
mine right now and that's been easy to keep up..

And I almost ordered some Leatherique. Now I think I will hold off. Is the new product a two stage system similar to Leatherique?

Has the name been finalized. Perhaps a naming contest is in order. The winner gets a free bottle

My entry is Toro - goes along with Hydro, Nero.....
