Or maybe we can run the West Va - DC/Balt - New York legs? I think it's Thursday - Saturday! Should be fun!

I heard some chatter yesterday about it at Tate. I am not sure what the plan is. I guess keep looking since it isn't till September! It will be great! I believe that is a weekend I am working though But I will be there in spirit!
At the stuffing party yesterday, the group was talking about DCMM possibily heading toward Charlottesville (I think) and driving the leg up to the DC region.

But I think that MINIUSA will update the site next week.

I tried to register for the Charlottesville to DC leg (Leg 13), but the system doesn't seem to be accepting the registrations right now... it records an error.

I SO whish I could do this, but alas, that is my weekend on for work
WOO HOO. Gawd it PAYS to know the person who does the schedule! I put it my request and have signed up for leg 13!! See yall there But unfortunatly Jay can't make it that day, but I will make sure to have fun for him!
I think that the route along 64 then up 95 is ...shall we say not the best! I invite all comers to pick up Skyline Drive to the Thornton Gap exit --- take 211 East and stop off at Sunnyside @ The Schoolhouse in Sperryville, VA...from there you could take 211 up to 66 and a hop, skip and a jump into DC. I've put my name on the list for that leg.

True, the 64/95 drive may not be the most fun or scenic drive (just miles of highway)... but the highlight is the stop at King's Dominion for a ride on The Italian Job Stunt Track!
I imagine they'll have a special event set up for us there... since I missed the premiere of the movie when it came out, and the special opening of the ride up North, I don't want to miss this. Boring 64 & 95, here I come!
I figure maybe I'll take Skyline Drive to GET to Charlottesville from DC beforehand.
We need to coordinate who is going, where we meet, what kind of DCMM swag we put on the cars etc. Anyone up for doing this?
I signed Michael and I up Leg 13. Not sure what his schedule will be, but it can't hurt
