Clear Bra installer Balt/DC area?

I'm looking for where to buy and have installed locally (NO DIY).

I tried Proform (who apparantly teaches the local areas how to install) but they want $1200 for both bottom and top. No way.
Any local suggestions?

You might ask Kgdblu to make your introduction, that could help the pricing. It did for me.

All that being said, I trust them, and paid willingly.

Cheers,

Matthew Z.

I am so sorry I keep meaning to look at who did mine (the warranty card is in my glovebox) I got mine done through the people Mini of Sterling use (they are using new people - not California Tint) and they did a great job. Before I got it done through the dealer I called around the places and I pretty much got $1000 quote from everyone. profrom gave me a $1000 quote and then the $1200 quote a day later.

I called some of the people installing the Xpel kit and talked to Matt (think was his name) at Frontguard - Mobile Service - Annapolis, MD 21401 - 443-864-8448 and was really impressed with his knowledge and willing to talk to me and offer suggestions and information. These guys will come to your house and do it (if you have a garage) These guys were also $1000 for the complete install.

I was getting the same price quote everywhere I just had it done prior to taking delivery. I look that name up of who did mine as soon as I go to the car.

$1K or $1.2K is way too much.

I dont like the way it looks on the hood anyway, just wanted the bottom half done. I guess it would be cheaper if it was ordered as invisishield or whatever with the car!

Any one know of a cheap installer, please let me know

thanks

How much do you want to pay? The high cost is cuz it's labor intensive.

X-Pel Install

I had my '05 MCS done by Solar Solutions in Woodbridge, VA. Complete cover of the front end - hood, bumper, grille, headlights, turns, and fogs. Also mirror caps and rear quarter panels for $609 complete. They did my M Roadster several years ago and the job was also perfect. Contact Pat Sheats at 703 590-8500. He is the owner and an instructor for major installers. Tell him Jim in Columbia recommended him.

In case anyone cares, the speed shop on Glen Burnie Hwy (HPR?) will do the whole car for $500 or $250 top or bottom.

http://www.hprcustoms.com/

Same place I got tinting (and maybe some others) for only $100.

I actually didnt get the clear bra in the end because its time for XMAS and we got other things that need to be bought. Cars can be an empty black pit at times
