Another GREAT Experience at Mach V

A few months ago I had some nice Subaru rims that I couldn't seem to sell, and Dan at Mach V offered to place them on consignment. Well, while I was there to drop the rims off, we talked a bit about how to increase the performance of my justacooper, and he suggested a 19mm H&R rear swaybar. The price was right, and not only that, they had it in stock and installed it while I waited! The car is much better balanced on the road and the track, and it's by far the best mod I've ever made for the money. Thanks, Dan for the suggestion!

Not only did Dan sell the rims for me, he got top dollar and only charged a 15% commission!

Well, that brings us up to today... I had the money from my consigned rims burning a hole in my pocket, so I wanted to see if Dan had any suitable rims for Dr. P for some dedicated track sneakers (yep, it's a slippery slope, as many of you guys know). Once again, Dan had some great suggestions, and I came home with some rockin' cool lightweight Rota rims in gunmetal with a polished lip, and at an amazingly fair price.

In these times of tightening budgets, it's a pleasure to spend the few dollars we can spare with someone who really appreciates our business, and proves it with superior service each and every time. Way to go, Dan, and thanks!

Hey Ed, Dan is definately someone easy to work with and he shop guys are great. I was curious which Rota rims you bought from MAch V. I had been looking at the rims at his shop and am planning a purchase in the near future.
I just want to make sure I don't buy the same ones

Dan had a nice selection, and the ones I chose are the Rota RB in gunmetal (which is more brown than blue) with a polished edge. Lighter than stock, and much bigger (these things seem HUGE). Awesome shine, and since they're the color of brake dust, should be easy to keep clean.

Can't wait to order the Toyo R888 sneakers to finish the mod!

These tires are for sumer only, so we'll have to wait until the temps stay above freezing before hey get to come out and play. With any luck they will make their appearance in time for MOTD.

Not sure yet... I want to and it will be somewhat dependent on the weather. But I've already scheduled leave for Saturday, May 2nd.

Congratulations, Daniel. Can't wait to see how they look on your car! That almost sounds like the challenge, "I'll show you mine if you show me yours"
