Can anyone give me some advice on a nice area of town to look for a 2 bedroom townhouse/condo/home? (for rent/sale)
I am moving down from Greenville, South Carolina and need a nice place for my daughter and I to move to.
Looking for a good middle school and near the beach.
Still checking out my options...
I moved to South Carolina from Orlando, Florida a few years back because of the rising cost of living in Orlando, but now I feel I'm ready to go back.
I miss the coast and boating out on the ocean, but I have a daughter that is a few years away from graduating from High school then she'll be headed to FSU.
And I guess at that point the old man (me) can move back to Florida.
