2007 MCS radiator fan

I hear the radiator fan running every time I shut the engine off. In a short time, the fan stops. When I'm driving, there's too much road noise to tell if the fan is running.

Does the radiator fan run all the time? Or is it thermostat-controlled? Thanx.

Thermostat. Although on a MCS it will pretty much run all the time, given the higher power and heat load. On my MC they come on intermittently, mostly in summer. Now with winter, I rarely hear it.

It is normal for them to run after shutdown which is why you'll see warnings under your hood warning you that the fan could come on at any time.
