Who got BURN from the Exhaust Tip?

I was unloading stuff from the trunk after driving for awhile I felt some HOT

on my leg and realized that I got a burn from the exhaust tips. It happened twice now I have a huge arch shaped burn on my shin.
Anyone got similar burn?
