It must be spring... and I'm still alive <g>.

Hello folks,
Long time no post. No excuses... except for the fact lifes got in the way .

It seems like I'm not the only one that took the winter off... just that I'm
a bit late getting back into the swing of things.

No worries though. Hope things are going well with everyone, with the
exception of WV-MINI... (condolences on your engine problems... I know
what it's like to be a month or more without your MINI.... Hope you've already gotten it back by now ...).

I'd love to be able to hook up for a run sometime in May. I'll have to check
my work schedule and see what days I'm off, since Saturdays are few and
far between. Sundays work best for me... but may be able to fit in a Saturday with a bit of planning.

I miss the group... hope we can get together soon.
Heck.. anyone need to run over to Cincy MINI for service?
I'm due for my first annual oil change... 18,000 miles in <g>.

welcome back stranger...

I was actually supposed to go to Cincy this past week...but apparently there is a nationwide shortage on OEM Sirius receivers...so they had to cancel my appt until BMW finds a new manufacturer...which they have ETA right now..

Mini Club - WV

Glad to see there is a club formed. When we bought our MINI in March 2008, I did not a club available. Are there any events planned?

calling it a club is a bit much, as there are not very many of us. we have gotten together a few times for some fun runs, and will likely do the same this year when the weather gets nicer.

Hey Guys
I'm back, too.. Not that I was there much last summer. How have you all been? I got a thumbs up from a blue clubman on I64 last week and I met a girl today with a chili red MC w/ a Union Jack on the roof. Spring is bringing everyone back out of the woodwork! Anyone up for a short ride and a lunch? Postal - organizer? BTW I finally learned 'country roads'. (I liked Mountain Minis the best, though)
