Welcome folks, to our new home

Hello everyone,

Even though we've yet to have our first "fun run" , I thought it was time for us to have
our own little meeting place here on NAM. It's great that they set aside places for even
new clubs like ours... and I hope we can put it to good use.

This should allow us to get to know each other better... feel free to post away.<g>.

I am excited to be part of the crew. I'll bone up on my John Denver!!!! Us native Ohioans don't know much Denver, but I'm willing to learn... Where do I find a tutor? (I'll trade her mini time for singing lessons )

I got home from the golf course in time to wash my baby today. Now it will invariably start raining...

Regarding the title <g>...

Didn't even know that was part of the equation <g>. If only everything in
life was so easily "earned". More appropriate would be " the fellow what
done applied for the forum ", that would be more accurate <g>.

Yay! Awesome! Being from West Texas, everything about WV is new to me. This is going to be fun .
I'll start a new thread, so we can post our local MINI sightings, etc. One of the guys I work with said he saw a light green one on the I64 on the way in.

I'm a native Ohioan too.....I learned John Denver quite well when I moved in with my college roommate (born and raised in Oak Hill, WV)! I'm sure you'll learn too.

I wish I could get my Mini washed! I had planned to do it on Sunday but I spent most of the day at the mall while my boyfriend tried to get his TT fixed....and I had to work Monday and yesterday pretty late....plus I knew it was just going to rain.

Decided to try to dodge the rain and clay today <g>

Or at least attempt it on my RX7. Managed to get the trunk clayed when
the sprinkles started <g>. I blame BcSki.....

Surprised about how simple claying is. Or at least that little bit I did.
Made a noticeable difference to the look and touch. Will try a bit more
later if the rain looks like it will hold off.

Very nice, Robinitis...

I can see already after less than a week that brake dust and bugs are going
to be the bane of my existence <g>. My goal will be to have a clean car...
but I've got a feeling it will end up being clean for a day... dirty for 6,
clean for a day, dirty for 6 <g>.

Congrats on forming a group!

Hey Postal, congrats on getting a WV group going! NAM sure makes it simple & free to get your group set up doesn't it? I wish you folks the best & let me know if any of you are headed to MOTD so we can hook up.
