10:30 at Rosenblatt is fine with me but the the only thing I'm worried about is that it's a large parking lot and Zoo guest may already be starting to fill into it. So we would have to pick a particular spot in the parking lot (and not all of it is open I believe).
An alternative location would be the McDonalds just North of I-80 and the Blatt on 13th street. But we need to lock down a location since it's only a couple days away.
Wife and I will also be up there, but I am not sure what time, so I was planning on looking for the Minis on show and look for the owners. Any of you want to drop a cell # via PM to meet up on the grounds?
We didn't register ours. 2006 British Racing Green S, with white racing stripes. Nothing too special I figure, plus I won't have time to wax her I don't think. Plus, we need to take off at 2PM the latest.
From left to right, cars not people...Rainman, JMike, Smieska in the 2010 European Car Show.
Yeah, they peer pressured me into showing mine. "All the cool kids are doing it" etc... There were a lot of daily drivers there so I didn't feel too bad about mine. T'was fun.
I had a lot of fun looking at the cars. Excellent selection of Porsches. Also, there was a Ferrari F430 in the parking lot that was awesome to see, anybody else catch a glimpse? I'll have to upload some of my photos from the show.
Stopped today and had our local MINI Dealer put on a new front pillar cover. We had been told $100 at the dealer...well that's wrong, installed it was $82 and some change.
pretty sure not very many people know that i am in the process of swapping my r53 with a Revolution Mini motor, so i thought i would share my work log with everyone. https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ml#post3134849
Hey are we going to do a fall drive? With the foliage changing soon it would be cool to do a drive like we did this spring down south or up north along the Missouri and come back through the Loess Hills. Just a half day drive before winter arrives.

Sounds good to me. The schedule is tight, though, with Football season upon us. I've already missed one Husker game for the Dam Outlaw trip (dam worth it!)
Were you thinking of revisiting the same routes or do you have something else in mind?
I'm up for a fall drive. I've only had my Clubbie less than 2 weeks, but I'm really liking it. Still haven't made it all the way through the owners manual. And I still have in-transit tags - can't afford to get the plates yet! But count me in, sound like fun.
So...when the 2 1/2 of us had to drive from SD to Washington and back, to bury my dad, we realized that 2 MINIs with 1 small one and another on the way wouldn't work. When we returned, I traded my Blue Bomber in for a civic; sad I know. Her MINI we traded in on a KIA, blecch. But soon the MINI gods smiled on us and we were able to purchase an '09 MINI Sport from Russ in Omaha. So, we have our child friendly cars and the MINI to get in trouble with. YAY!
